Oil Field Service Company
A company in the oil field industry conducted a 12-month study of the impact the use of the PXT had on turnover within its organization. Implementation of the ProfileXT at various hiring locations in two states sought to reduce employee turnover for the Helper and Operator positions.
Hospital
A large hospital system desired another hiring tool for selecting Registered Nurses for its staff. A study was conducted to investigate the possibility of using the ProfileXT Job Match Pattern program to refine their selection process and identify those with the potential to become top performers. The hospital developed a recruitment and selection sub-team headed up by the Vice President for Community Health and Cultural Diversity and the Director of Human Resources and Recruitment. The overall objective was to develop a recruitment and selection strategy and an implementation plan in order to hire and retain the best candidates.

An organization responsible for the processing of electronic payment transactions sought to increase employee productivity. A study was conducted by the Profiles International staff to examine the relationship between employee productivity and the Profiles Sales Perspective.

An insurance company wanted to try to establish the factors that influenced the productivity of its Insurance Sales Representatives. To this end, a study was conducted to investigate the relationship between employee performance and Job Match to the ProfileXT. The information from this study was used to create a ProfileXT Job Match Pattern that could be used to help select more potentially productive sales people..
International Pharmaceuticals Sales Organization
A pharmaceutical sales organization noticed a disparity in the abilities of its sales representatives and wished to find a way to screen candidates to identify those who were most likely to succeed. Faced with this situation, this study was conducted by the Profiles International staff to examine the relationship between ProfileXT scores and the performance of the pharmaceuticals Sales Representatives.
